Vanillaround is available on three plans. The plan is set at the business account level and applies to all users and projects within that account.
Starter (Free)
Section titled “Starter (Free)”- 2 projects
- 5 spec pages per project
- 1 team member
- 10 MB file storage
Suitable for exploring the tool or running a single small project.
Professional (€8 / month)
Section titled “Professional (€8 / month)”- Unlimited projects
- Unlimited spec pages
- Unlimited team members
- 5 GB file storage
- Third-party integrations (Jira)
- Priority support
The recommended plan for active agencies and product teams.
Enterprise
Section titled “Enterprise”- Everything in Professional

Managing your subscription
Section titled “Managing your subscription”Go to Account → Subscriptions to:
- View your current plan
- Upgrade to a higher plan
- Manage billing and payment details
Only the account owner can change the subscription.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”Upgrading takes effect immediately. You gain access to the higher plan’s features and limits from the moment the upgrade is confirmed.
Cancellation
Section titled “Cancellation”Cancelling a plan downgrades the account to the Starter level at the end of the current billing period. Projects and data above the Starter limits are not deleted immediately — but you will not be able to create new projects or pages until you are within the Starter limits.
